About Phil
Phil, his wife Becca, and their five children, live in Folsom, CA. He is the President of Providence World, and non-profit developing organizations around the world to help children and families flourish. He also founded and hosts two podcasts: How Soccer Explains Leadership and Think Global, Do Justice (a/k/a, Think Orphan). As a certified Personality Insights DISC behavioral consultant and coach of coaches, he has a passion for developing leaders in organizations, churches, sports, and other teams.
Phil received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and his B.A. in Rhetoric and Communications from U.C. Davis. Phil worked as an attorney with different firms in Sacramento, CA, and Atlanta, GA from 2000-2008, and for one year as a clerk for a federal judge in Honolulu, HI. In 2014, Phil released his collaborative book project, In Pursuit of Orphan Excellence.
Above all, Phil is a child of God who connects, catalyzes, collaborates, coaches coaches, facilitates flourishing, and seeks to create a little bit of Shalom in every community he touches.
