COVID-19 – LEADING THROUGH CRISIS TRAINING
In response to the COVID-19 crisis, we partnered with 21st Century Leadership Skills to develop a Leading Through Crisis course. This course is being provided as a free resource to equip teams as they serve orphaned and vulnerable children during this time of crisis.
The course provides a step-by-step training manual that helps teams develop a plan to best lead through this crisis. The training guides teams through a process of establishing an effective communications plan, identifying and evaluating existing resources and requirements, and developing a plan of action that can be implemented to move through and beyond the COVID-19 crisis. Throughout the training, focus is placed on identifying the most impactful services your team provides and how to best prepare, execute, and monitor those services to ensure the most urgent requirements are being met. In addition, teams will consider opportunities for collaboration in order to avoid duplication of efforts and best utilize existing resources.
As a supplement to the .PDF format training manual, we will offer video conferences throughout the week to help guide efforts, answer questions, and provide an opportunity to share with others who are going through the training.
The training is available for registration and download at the following site:
A list of the video conference topics, dates and times, and access information will be available on the website soon and will be updated regularly.
If you have questions or require additional information about the training course, please email Dave Rudko at firstname.lastname@example.org.
