David Rudko, Chief Operating Officer
Dave has always had a passion for leadership and pursuing excellence – this started during his gymnastics days back in Long Island, New York and continued during his studies at the United States Naval Academy. After graduating, he spent over 20 years serving as a Naval Officer and earned his M.S. in Operations Analysis. Dave’s heart for orphan care began upon the kinship adoption of his youngest daughter and his work with Providence World over the past few years confirmed that God was leading him in a new direction. After working as an Independent Business Consultant and a Business Administrator for a church & school, Dave felt God’s call to commit full time in combating the orphan crisis and began his full-time work with Providence World. Dave and his wife, Crystal, live in Keller, Texas and they have four daughters.
